Q + A

May I bring a plus one?

If the wedding invitation you received has “and guest” written on the envelope, they are invited; if not, then we are only inviting you.

Is there parking at the ceremony?

Yes! There will be plenty of parking for guests. We do recommend you taking a ride service such as uber if you plan on drinking.

Transportation

There will be a ride service via shuttles for individuals who are looking to attend the after party, or are wanting to get dropped off in Downtown Fort Worth, Texas.

RSVP

We would greatly appreciate having your RSVP sent back by March 12th, 2025.

Is reception held at the same place as ceremony?

Yes! Our venue is hosting the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. The only travel is if you are wanting to attend the after party in downtown Fort Worth.

How should I dress?

Cocktail to formal attire is more than appropriate and recommended.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

This is an adults only wedding, other than those that are involved in the wedding. We love your children; this day is reserved for adults.

What type of food will be served?

We shall have a mixed menu of food served throughout the night; there will be appetizers, plates entrees, and desserts from around the world. Please reach out to us privately if any dietary restrictions as we will try to accommodate.

Is there an open bar?

Yes, we will be having an open bar; having said that, bring cash if you feel so inclined to tip our wonderful staff. Please drink responsibly.

How should we bring a gift?

If you feel that you would like to splurge on us and purchase a gift, we highly recommend doing so online through our registry. Purchasing or contributing to our funds online allows us the ease of not having to carry gifts with us on the way back from the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony shall start right at 5pm. We highly suggest trying your best to get there in advance. Arriving at 4:30pm ensures you time to park if needed, walk to your seats, and time to enjoy the venue while acknowledging guests.

Am I allowed to take photos?

During the ceremony, we appreciate it if you remember to refrain from any photos. We love photos and would like you to take as many as you want during all the other events. We want to avoid any distractions and interference while the professional is doing their job. Once Nigel and Kristen finish their ceremony, you may take photos as you please.
